Cancellations & Refunds

The following policy applies to our website maintenance services that are offered on a monthly and quarterly subscription basis. For website design and development projects, please refer to the proposal and quote document for project cancellation and refund policy applicable to the project.

Cancellations

  • Initiated by Subscriber
    If you wish to cancel your subscription, please write to support@madebyaura.com. Some of our processes are manual and we need a reasonable amount of time to reconfigure your website to run without our services. We’ll cancel your subscription after suspending our services on your website. It usually takes about 24 hours.
  • Initiated by MadeByAura
    We may cancel your subscription and stop rendering our services without notice if your subscription payments fail for any reason for more than two months. Your subscription can only be reactivated on the payment of dues for the period starting from the first failed payment to the day when your subscription was canceled.

Refund Policy

We have a strict no-refund policy for the following reasons:

  • We only offer monthly and quarterly subscription plans. During the tenure of your subscription, our team constantly maintains and updates your website. The updates and maintenance once done cannot be rolled back.
  • Our subscription plans have no lock-in period. Besides, there’s no sign-up fee. Our team spends a lot of time setting up our services on your website in the first month or so. If you are unhappy with the service, you can always cancel the subscription the next month or quarter as the case may be.
